There are multiple registration categories available for ECSS Glasgow 2024. Please check which one applies to you.

¹Save on the registration fee by becoming an ECSS Member before registering for the congress!

²The student registration fee is only available to full-time students. Please enter your ECSS account, go the section 'myMemberhship & Benefits' and click on the button 'myStudent status' to upload your university student enrolment certificat in English language, including an expiration date for 2024 (or beyond). Please be aware that we do not accept other certificates anymore. 

³No access to scientific sessions.

Cancellation policy

Please note, written cancellations received before 15 May 2024 will be subject to a cancellation fee of €175. After that date, in any case, no refund will be possible.

What do registration fees include?

The registration fee for participants includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Admission to SportEx – The official exhibition of the ECSS
• Opening Ceremony
• Opening Reception*
• Congress material (congress bag, final programme)
• Lunches and coffee breaks at the congress venue*
• Closing Ceremony
• Farewell Reception*
• Friday Night Party* (small personal contribution possible depending on congress destination)

*only granted if pre-booking received

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

• Admission to SportEx – The official exhibition of the ECSS (no admission to scientific sessions)
• Opening Ceremony
• Opening Reception*
