The European College of Sport Science (ECSS), in collaboration with the host of its 29th Annual Congress – the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) – and congress partner Glasgow Convention Bureau, presents an enlightening evening of free public lecture titled Benefits of Staying Active Across our Lifespan.

True to Glasgow’s sporting essence, our eminent experts of sport science will delve into scientific motives for leading an active lifestyle and the effects that various activities have on our human body. Save the date for an evening of fun with fitness!
