Presenters (i.e., first authors) must be registered and have paid the congress registration fee by 9 May 2025 to guarantee publication of their abstract in the eBook of Abstracts and the scientific programme. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent on 1 April 2025. Missing the payment deadline for presenting authors will lead to an exclusion of the abstract in the eBook of Abstracts and from the scientific programme.
