Bridging the Gap Between Athlete Testing and Programme Design

This workshop aims to bridge the gap between testing and training using a linear position transducer. Participants will follow a step-by-step approach to building a force-velocity profile for the main compound lifts. Through hands-on experience, the session will guide participants in designing and implementing a training programme that applies the principles of Velocity-Based Training (VBT), with a focus on key variables such as target velocity and velocity loss to effectively guide programme design.

Date: Tuesday, 1 July
Time: 09:00 - 11:30
Session room: Tempio 2
