Since 2023 we have digitalised our booking system for our SportEx exhibition to simplify the booking process for our partners and customers as well as the annual exhibitor participation at our congress.
NEW: We have installed an online credit card payment system for 2024!
If you already have a Partner Account, please directly follow the below button and log into your account to process your bookings for ECSS Glasgow 2024. If you do not have a partner account yet, please follow the below instructions:
- Please follow the below button and create your account by storing your company contact data together with a contact person.
- Please verify your account via clicking on the temporary log in link in your verification email.
- Please go to myAccount and set your password via ‘change your password’. Here you can update your account information whenever needed.
- In mySportEx you will find information on our current partnership catalogue, the SportEx floor plan and our exhibitor manual (coming soon).
- In Book items for 2024 – Book myBooth, your desired booth space is ordered as soon as your selection is confirmed.
- In Book items for 2024 – Book myItems additional partnership items can be selected by number and booked directly once the selection is completed and confirmed.
- All bookings will be stored in mySportEx – myBookings and can be paid by credit card following the button Pay myBookings.
- You will receive an invoice about your ordered items by email within three business days.
