Why do muscles switch to anaerobic functioning? Is it reversible? Whole body measurements indicate that the load on a single muscle group can push the entire body into an anaerobic zone, even when local sensors still detect an aerobic zone.
The observation in practive showed that by switching the load on muscle groups, such as changing technique, the energy-efficient utilisation of fat in functioning muscles can be maintained or prolonged, thus making the anaerobic zone reversible.
We will continuously present live, hands-on workshops on the topics of by-product eliminiation and metabolic logistics, open to all interested.

International Confederation of Sport and Exercise Science Practice (ICSESP) - Progress Update and Industry Engagement Meeting
